Mode of Action
Quinone Outside Inhibitor (QoI)
Blocks the quinone outside (Qo) site of cytochrome bc1 in the mitochondrial electron transport chain (complex III), preventing electron transfer and inhibiting respiration. Fluoxastrobin has strong binding affinity and good systemic movement in plant tissue, providing protective activity with some translaminar movement.

Resistance Management
High resistance risk. G143A resistance to QoI fungicides is prevalent in dollar spot populations. Avoid solo applications for dollar spot control; combine with a fungicide from a different FRAC group (e.g., FRAC 3, 7, 12, or M5).
