CAUTION
Microtubule Assembly Inhibitor
Dithiopyr inhibits mitotic spindle formation by binding to tubulin subunits, preventing assembly of the spindle apparatus. Unlike most pre-emergents, dithiopyr retains early post-emergent activity on crabgrass at the 1- to 2-tiller stage, making it more flexible for application timing.

days between applications
Low resistance risk. No confirmed dinitroaniline or dithiopyr-resistant weed populations documented in managed turfgrass. Continue to rotate with post-emergent programs for comprehensive resistance management.
