365

365-Day Term

Memberships run for exactly 365 days from the date of purchase — not a calendar year. Your access and free submission credits are valid for your full term regardless of when you joined.

Auto-Renew

Memberships renew automatically for another 365 days at term end. You'll receive a reminder email 14 days before. Toggle auto-renew on or off at any time in your account settings.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may unsubscribe at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your membership remains active through the end of your paid 365-day term. All sales are final. No refunds are issued for memberships or submission fees.

Report Submission Fees

Fees are charged at the time of acceptance, not at submission. Basic and Pro members have their first two submissions per membership year waived.

When do submission fees apply?▼
The $50 submission fee is charged once your manuscript is accepted for publication, not at initial submission. Basic and Pro members have their first two accepted submissions waived each membership year.
What does Open Access mean?▼
Open Access reports are freely available to all readers — no account or subscription needed. This maximizes the reach of your research and is common for publicly-funded work.
Can I upgrade my membership mid-term?▼
Yes. When subscriptions launch you will be able to upgrade at any time and pay the prorated difference for the remaining days on your current membership. Your free submission credits follow your current tier.
What payment methods are accepted?▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Institutional invoicing and purchase orders will be available for Sponsor-level members.
Can I cancel my membership?▼
Yes. You can turn off auto-renew or unsubscribe at any time from your account settings. Your membership remains fully active for the remainder of your 365-day term — cancellation stops the next renewal charge, it does not end access early.
What is the refund policy?▼
All sales are final. Submission fees and membership purchases are non-refundable. If you cancel a membership, you retain access through the end of your paid 365-day period with no partial refund issued.
How does auto-renew work?▼
Memberships auto-renew by default for another 365 days at the end of your current term. You will receive an email reminder 14 days before renewal. You can disable auto-renew at any time in your account settings — your access continues until the term expires.
